1. Send a photo — we confirm stock
WhatsApp, text, or email us a photo of the part label — or just the part number. We check availability right away; if the unit is in stock before 2 PM ET, it can ship the same day from Ontario, Canada.
2. You send your core
Ship your failed unit back within 14 days. It doesn't need to work — it needs to be complete and unopened.
3. Core credit settles
You pay the exchange fee only. If the core never arrives or is incomplete, the core charge applies.

Warranty on exchange units
Every exchange unit is bench-tested before it ships and carries the same 30-day warranty as our tested parts. Test notes ship in the box.
