Inquiries are delivered to our business email and stored in our website's secure database so we can track and answer them. We use trusted service providers (website hosting, database, and email delivery) only as needed to run this site.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and transaction records as long as normal business records require — for warranty coverage, accounting, and follow-up on past work.
Cookies
The public website works without tracking cookies. The only cookies used are the essential ones that keep the site owner signed in to the admin dashboard.
