Do you ship to the USA?
Yes. We ship from Ontario, Canada across Canada and the USA by courier, typically 2–5 business days. If an exchange unit is in stock and you call before 2 PM ET, it can often ship the same day — we always confirm availability first. International shipping is available on request.
What does "Tested" mean?
Tested means that exact unit ran on our bench and passed a full function test on real equipment — not just a power-on check. Test notes ship with the unit, and it carries a 30-day warranty.
What if the part doesn't work when it arrives?
Contact us. Tested parts and exchange units carry a 30-day warranty; repairs carry 90 days. Even Untested units have 30-day protection: if a unit is dead on arrival, return it for a refund.
How does core exchange work?
WhatsApp, text, or email us the part number — a photo of the unit label is even better. We confirm availability first; if the unit is in stock, it ships right away, often the same day. You send us your failed core within 14 days and pay only the exchange fee, a fraction of the new price. The core doesn't need to work; it needs to be complete and unopened.
How long does a repair take?
Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days plus shipping. Diagnosis is free and you get a firm quote before any work starts. If we can't fix it, you pay no repair fee.
Do you buy used or failed parts?
Yes. We buy failed ECMs, GSC panels, governors, regulators, and surplus control electronics. Send part numbers and photos and you'll have an offer within 1 business day.
How do I pay?
You receive a firm quote first. Payment is by bank transfer or a secure card payment link — whatever is easier for you. Nothing ships until you approve the quote.
Do you modify or tune emissions systems?
No. We do not perform emissions system modifications, deletes, or tuning of any kind.
Can you find a part that isn't on the website?
Usually, yes — we stock more than we list, and we have sourcing channels built over 18 years. Send the part number and we respond within 1 business day.
