Warranty terms
Tested parts — 30 days
Any part sold as Tested is covered for 30 days from delivery. If it fails in normal service, we repair it, replace it with an equivalent tested unit, or refund it — your choice where stock allows.
Repairs — 90 days
Completed repairs are covered for 90 days from return shipment, on the fault we repaired. If the same fault returns, we fix it again at no charge, shipping included.
Exchange units — 30 days
Exchange units carry the same 30-day warranty as tested parts. The core you return does not need to work, but it must be complete and unopened.
Untested units — 30-day DOA protection
Untested units are priced for the risk, but they are not a gamble on our honesty: if a unit is dead on arrival, return it within 30 days for a refund.
Conditions
- Warranty covers the unit functioning as described. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, wrong application, water ingress, or lightning/overvoltage events.
- Warranty units must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued unless we agree otherwise.
- Return shipping for verified warranty failures is on us.
